How she redeems it
She receives her gift card and unique code by email. She can shop any outfit on beyondformals.com and apply the code at checkout, or message our styling desk on WhatsApp (+91 82093 04919) to have her outfit made with her.
Every piece is made to order — her size (XS–4XL and full custom, including plus size), her colour, her fit. Custom style changes are available at a small additional charge, quoted upfront. If her outfit costs more than the card, she simply pays the difference at order.
Shipping — India & worldwide
Finished outfits ship across India and internationally. The card value applies fully to the outfit; international shipping charges are payable by the customer at the time of order. Customs duties at destination, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

Three months, her pace
The card is valid for 3 months from purchase. If her outfit costs more than the card, she simply pays the difference at order confirmation.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Validity — 3 months from purchase
The gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused value lapses automatically on expiry and cannot be extended, reinstated or refunded.
Denominations
The gift card is available in the fixed denominations shown on this page. It is purchased and checked out like any other Beyond Formals product.
Non-refundable
The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, fully or partly, for cash, bank transfer or store credit under any circumstance.
Redemption & customisation
Redeemable on any Beyond Formals outfit via beyondformals.com or our WhatsApp styling desk. All outfits are made to order. Custom size (including plus sizes), colour and fit are included; custom style or design changes carry additional charges, quoted and confirmed before the order is placed.
Order value & balance
If the selected outfit (including customisation or shipping charges, where applicable) exceeds the card value, the difference is payable by the recipient at order confirmation. If the order is lower than the card value, the remaining balance stays usable within the original 3-month validity. No balance is payable in cash.
Shipping
Orders ship across India and internationally. International shipping charges are borne by the customer and payable at the time of order; customs duties or import taxes at destination, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.
Gift delivery
The gift card and the purchaser's message are delivered digitally to the recipient email provided at purchase. Beyond Formals is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the purchaser.
Code & general
Each card carries a unique one-time code; please keep it confidential. The card cannot be clubbed with other offers unless expressly stated. Beyond Formals (Mivaan Fashion LLP) reserves the right to amend these terms prospectively. Disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
