REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This Refund and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Beyond Formals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Exchange Policy

1.1 We accept product exchanges for size adjustments within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Customers may exchange any garment for a different size, subject to availability.

1.3 For custom-fit (made-to-measure) products, exchanges are not permitted. Instead, we offer alterations only.

1.4 Size exchanges are permitted only once per purchase transaction.

1.5 The customer shall bear the shipping charges for exchange requests. A flat shipping fee of ₹199 shall apply and is non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

2.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your order, you must notify our customer care team within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

2.2 All such notifications must include:

  • Order number

  • Transaction date

  • Delivery address

  • A mandatory video recording of the product unboxing, clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Without the unboxing video, requests for exchange or refund will not be considered.

2.3 Our customer care team will investigate the claim and respond within twenty-four (24) working hours.

3. Conditions for Return, Exchange, or Alteration

To qualify for return, exchange, or alteration, the following conditions must be met:

3.1 The request must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.

3.2 The product must be shipped back to us along with a written note specifying the required size or alteration request. Customers must email support@beyondformals.com prior to dispatch. The returned product must reach us within seven (7) days of the request.

3.3 The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free from any fragrance (perfume, deodorant, detergent, etc.)

  • Free of stains (including but not limited to makeup, ink, or food stains)

3.4 All original tags, brand tags, packaging materials, and accessories must remain intact and undamaged.

3.5 Any product that does not meet the above conditions will be deemed ineligible for return, exchange, or alteration.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Beyond Formals maintains a strict no-refund policy.

4.2 Customers are entitled to the following remedies in place of refunds:

  • Exchange: A garment may be exchanged for a different size within the same product line.

  • Alteration: Custom-fit (made-to-measure) garments may be altered to ensure fit, subject to feasibility.

  • Replacement: In cases of verified damage, defect, or missing item, a replacement product will be provided.

4.3 Refunds will not be processed under any other circumstances, including but not limited to customer preference changes, delayed courier timelines, or refusal of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Beyond Formals shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

5.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
