REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beyond Formals, we believe in making you look and feel your best with every purchase. If the fit isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with our straightforward and hassle-free exchange policy.

• We accept exchanges for size adjustments within 7 days from the date of delivery.

•Any garment can be exchanged for a different size. However, for custom-fit (made-to-measure) items, only alterations will be offered instead of an exchange.

• Size exchanges are allowed once per purchase.

*Please note that shipment charges will be borne by the client.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reach us at +91-78499 89891 between 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, or email us at support@beyondformals.com. Kindly include your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a video of unboxing the product. Without the video, requests for exchange or refund will not be considered.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond within 24 working hours.

Criteria for Refund, Exchange, or Alteration:

• Initiate a refund, exchange, or alteration request within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Ship the product back to us with a brief note indicating your preferred size or style. Please email us at support@beyondformals.com. Products must reach us within 7 days for consideration.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free from any fragrance such as perfume, deodorant, or detergent.

• Ensure that products are free of stains (e.g., makeup, ink marks).

• All original tags, brand tags, packaging materials, and accessories should remain intact and undamaged.

At Beyond Formals, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges can be made for a size of a similar product line, or alterations can be done for custom-fit items. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality, delivering both comfort and style in every piece you receive.

In the event that a product is damaged or an item is missing, we will promptly deliver a replacement once the issue is verified and identified.
