    • Beyond Formals specialises in custom-fit (made-to-measure) garments.

    • You can enter your measurements at checkout.

    3. What are the delivery timelines?

    • Custom-fit production: 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping (from dispatch):

      • Quick Delivery by Air (Prepaid only): 5–7 days · ₹299

      • Standard Delivery: 10–12 days · Free

      • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only with Standard Delivery, with a ₹99 COD fee

    • Standard Delivery (All India): Free

    • Quick Delivery (by Air, Prepaid only): ₹299

    • COD charges (Standard only): ₹99


    5. Do you accept international orders?

    • We ship worldwide.

    • Shipping cost and delivery timeline depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.


    6. Can I return or exchange a custom-fit item?

    • Custom-fit garments: Not eligible for return or exchange.

    • We do provide alterations (where possible) to ensure a perfect fit.


    7. What is your refund policy?

    • We follow a strict no-refund policy.

    • Exceptions:

      • Verified defects, damage, or missing items qualify for a replacement.

      • Ready-size garments may be exchanged once for another size.

      • Custom-fit garments may be altered but not exchanged or refunded.


    8. How do I request an exchange or alteration?

    • Email us at support@beyondformals.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Pack the item securely with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

    • The garment must be:

      • Unused and unwashed

      • Free from perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents

      • Free from stains (makeup, ink, etc.)

    • Shipping charges: Customer pays a flat ₹199 (non-refundable).


    9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

    • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Provide:

      • Order number and delivery date

      • A clear unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

    • Contact:

    • After verification, we will provide a replacement.
