Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only with Standard Delivery, with a ₹99 COD fee

Custom-fit garments: Not eligible for return or exchange.

Verified defects, damage, or missing items qualify for a replacement.

Ready-size garments may be exchanged once for another size.

Custom-fit garments may be altered but not exchanged or refunded.

Pack the item securely with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The garment must be:

Unused and unwashed

Free from perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents

Free from stains (makeup, ink, etc.)

Shipping charges: Customer pays a flat ₹199 (non-refundable).
