Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Every Beyond Formals outfit is made to order. Orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours of payment and then move into production. The delivery timelines below are counted from the day your order is placed and include production time.

2. Delivery within India

You choose your delivery speed at checkout. The options and charges shown at checkout are final for your order.

Standard Delivery: FREE, 7-10 days. Shipped via DTDC or Bluedart.
Quick Delivery: ₹399, 4-6 days. Shipped via Bluedart or Delhivery.
Express Delivery: ₹799, 2-3 days. Shipped via Tirupati Express.

Timelines are estimates in calendar days for serviceable pin codes across India. Remote locations and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier disruptions may add a few days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available within India on Standard Delivery only.
A COD handling charge of ₹99 applies and is shown at checkout.
Quick and Express Delivery are prepaid only.

4. International delivery (United Arab Emirates)

We ship to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain.
Standard International Delivery: ₹2,499 per order, 10-15 days. Shown at checkout.
International orders are prepaid only. COD is not available outside India.
Your order is made to order in India and shipped once production is complete. The 10-15 day estimate is counted from the day your order is placed and includes production time.
Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied in the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.

5. Tracking
