Every custom outfit is thoughtfully created around your confirmed selections and measurements. While custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, we’re here to help with fitting concerns through a one-time rework.
Message our styling team with clear photos or a short video of the areas that need attention. Please list all fitting concerns together — they are addressed in the single permitted rework.
A styling executive calls you to understand the concern, review the photos or videos and agree the adjustments. The rework is confirmed before the garment travels back.
Self-ship or Porter for the fastest turnaround, or let us arrange a reverse pickup. Both options are below.
We carry out the approved alterations wherever technically feasible, then check, finish and dispatch your outfit back to you. This completes the one-time rework.
Arrange the shipment directly to our Mumbai production office. Within Mumbai, a local delivery service such as Porter works well — use +91 97940 29796 as the receiver’s contact.
Not in a hurry? We initiate a reverse pickup. Allow approximately 8–10 days, depending on your location and courier availability.
